Donna M. Stuber

As Director of Client Services, Donna serves in the critical capacity as the bridge between the client and advisor. Overseeing both our staff and administration, she makes sure our client's needs are met. She began her career with Fichter Wealth Management in 1992. Her years of experience combined with her FINRA Series 7 studies give her a proficiency that is seldom accomplished in the financial industry. Donna also earned the 2007 Assistant of the Year Award among thousands of assistants across the nation.

Marilyn Wells

Marilyn joined the firm in 2002 and has flourished in her roles of Client Services and Insurance Specialist. She is a NYS Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Long Term Care, Disability, and Life Insurance. Given her previous experience of thirteen years as Operations Manager for a large retail store and eight years as a Human Resource Manager she has thrived here at Fichter Wealth Management. She is also actively involved with the Auxiliary of the Gideons International serving as New York State Secretary/Treasurer.

Jonathan Fichter

Currently interning is Jonathan, Rick’s youngest son. In working towards a Finance degree at Canisus College, Jon is helping out at the office answering phones, assisting in paperwork and the preparation of client reports. Jonathan is enjoying working with both his dad and older brother as he learns and explores different aspects of the investment industry paralleled to his classroom education.
